Andrea Foley - Owner, Director

Andrea has a decade of experience as an educator working with children on a daily basis.  She began her career as a middle school Spanish teacher at the nationally recognized Jonas Clarke Middle School in Lexington, MA.  After teaching Spanish for 4 years, she moved on to become a Tier III general education intervention specialist in the same school.  In this position, she worked individually with students transitioning from special education to general education.  Andrea also worked with struggling students in general education to provide them with the skills they needed to succeed in school.

Andrea also spent two years as an Assistant Principal at the McDevitt Middle School in Waltham, MA.  After becoming a Mom in 2015, Andrea decided to return to the classroom and returned to Clarke Middle as a Spanish teacher once again.

Andrea grew up in Braintree, where she was a 4-year Varsity athlete in soccer, track and field, and gymnastics, as well as a captain in each sport.  She attended Simmons College, where she was a member of the Varsity Women's Soccer team for 4 years.  At Simmons, Andrea received a dual B.A. in Education and Spanish as well as a minor in Nutrition.  Andrea also holds an M.Ed. in Special Education and an M.Ed. in Organizational Management from Endicott College.

Andrea's hobbies include cupcake decorating, gardening, any type of competitive sport, and chasing around her very active toddler, Lucas, and newborn, Liam!

Scott Caldwell - Special Contributor

Although not a part of the full-time staff, we've convinced the New England Revolution's Scott Caldwell to spend some time with our campers to give them a soccer skills 101 tutorial.

Scott was born and raised in Braintree.  A member of the U.S. Soccer Youth National team from ages 13-18, Scott spent 4 years at the University of Akron where he won the Division 1 Men's Soccer National Championship in 2010 (and scored the winning goal).  Scott scored 20 goals and had 22 assists while at Akron, while earning NSCAA All-American status twice.  Scott also holds a B.A. in Accounting.  Scott is currently in his fourth season as a midfielder for the New England Revolution.
